SHIPPING POLICY
At Sepsey & Co., we take great care in preparing and shipping your order. Please review our shipping policy below before placing an order.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped. During periods of high demand or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Sepsey & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Sepsey & Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Sepsey & Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can review the issue.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, Sepsey & Co. does not accept returns or exchanges on candles, soaps, bath bombs, or other personal care items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at SepseyCo@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued if an error occurred on our part and a replacement is not available. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.​
